|Chris Baywood Ibe
Chris completed his Quantity Surveying studies in 1987 following an in-service training sponsorship by his employer. He started Baywood Continental Ltd in 1989 and grew the company from an annual turnover of N10m to over N3 Billion and a workforce of over 100 employees.
He has led BCL to provide services to the various multinational and Nigerian companies in the Energy and Oil industries. He has attended various leadership courses at Dale Carnegie institute and Lagos Business School.
Mr. Ibe has attended and actively participated in many Nigerian and international Oil & Gas conferences and has presented papers at Global Petroleum Show (GPS) in Calgary, Canada (June 2004 and July 2006). He promotes business relationships between Nigeria and other countries and has received much recognition from Brazilian, Canadian and Argentinean Embassies in Nigeria.

Engr Ani Udott holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, MBA, Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.
A project management, Contracting and Procurement professional with 24-year strong experience having led many aspects of major projects.

Mrs Ibe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Anambra State University, (ASUTECH), Awka, in 1986 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from Lagos State University.
She has diverse work experience from the public and private sectors of the Nigeria economy. She sits on the Boards of a Public Relations and a Consultancy company.

Regina graduated with a Law degree from University of Benin in 1984, completed her Law School programme in 1985 and obtained a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) in 2002.
She had her law practice in private law firms and Insurance companies before joining BCL in 2004 as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser where she is handling the corporate legal duties as well as the HR duties of the company.
|Chris I. Ugwu
Engr. Ugwu holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. His 28 years working experience was with ExxonMobil where he held increasingly senior Engineering and Project positions.
He joined BCL in 2006 and provided requisite project leadership in having BCL tender for and execute multi US$ million projects.
|Engr Aneke Benjamin
||Project Mgr, Port Harcourt
Mr. Anekwe holds a 1999 Mechanical Engineering degree of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. Since graduation, he has worked on offshore and onshore projects for major oil producing companies in Nigeria and has garnered appropriate experience on engineering working codes and standards used for major projects.
He has attended some project execution related courses and is currently leading a US$11 million pipeline project executed by BCL for SPDC.
|Engr Adeniyi Olajide Oladiran
||Project Mgr, Warri
Engr Oladiran graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1978. He joined Delta Steel Company (DSC) Aladja from 1979 to 1995 where he attended numerous professional courses and worked on various and varying major civil and utilities projects in the company.
He left DSC and went into private practice until joining BCL in 2007. He is currently managing BCL’s US$22 million Tank Rehabilitation and Upgrade project at Escravos Tank farm.
||Tendering / Costing Mgr
Osita graduated from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 2001. Since he has worked on major projects for clients like Chevron, Exxonmobil, Addax, Muni Pullo and Equator E&P.
He joined BCL in 2006 where he brought his projects experience to bear on preparing cost effective tenders for submission to clients on behalf of BCL.
|Prince Charles Alozie
Charles holds a 1991 Bachelor of Science degree from University of Port Harcourt. He has attained membership of separate Safety, Health and Environmental professional bodies both within and outside Nigeria.
He joined BCL in 1999 with CASHES experience from leading construction firms in the industry. Since then he has provided corporate and project CASHES leadership to numerous BCL activities and projects across Lagos, Warri and Port Harcourt locations.
|Engr Uma Ngwobia
Uma holds a 1979 Higher Mechanical Engineering Diploma from Yaba College with an MBA (Management) course work from UST, Port Harcourt. Uma is a registered member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and COREN.
He has worked on various projects in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry over the past 27 years. He joined BCL in 2003 and has been in charge of QA/QC at corporate and project levels.
||Senior Manager, Accounts & Finance
Innocent is a Fellow of ICAN and holds a 1985 Accounting degree from University of Lagos. He joined BCL in 2005 after leading his Chartered Accounting firm for five (5) years and handling major Insurance firms’ accounts.
He brings to BCL his vast experience in the area of Corporate Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury, Commercial/Financial Analysis, Auditing, Government Accounting.
